Plymouth Congregational Church of Miami is seeking a gifted and visionary senior pastor to lead an engaged, growing and deeply rooted congregation into its next century of ministry. Situated on a historic 11-acre campus amid palm trees and tropical foliage in the heart of Coconut Grove, Plymouth blends more than 125 years of tradition with forward momentum.
With strong financial health, a thriving membership of more than 500 people, two associate pastors, and a congregation eager to grow in faith and impact, Plymouth offers an inviting canvas for an experienced and faithful leader. Our next senior pastor will be a compelling preacher, thoughtful teacher, loving minister and strategic thinker energized by the challenge of shaping the future of a church in one of Miami’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
