Youth Ministry

The teen years are a time of exploring, challenging, growing and changing. We welcome youth to come and engage in conversation, activities, service and more during this time in their lives. We create a space where youth (grades 6-12) can discover their gifts, their interests, their beliefs and their uniqueness.

Middle School Youth

Our Middle School Youth Group is a fun time for youth to tackle big topics, explore how faith can help them face challenging life moments and of course have fun. All are welcome and encouraged to bring a friend!

High School Youth

High School Youth Group is all about friends and diving into deep conversations about all the life events, challenges and decisions they are facing. We want youth to have a safe place to escape the pressures of life, be with leaders that support them, have some fun and of course be with their friends.

Confirmation

Confirmation is for students in eighth grade and up. Class begins in January and concludes on a Sunday in May, when the Confirmands are welcomed into full membership in the church.

We meet weekday evenings for dinner, games, fellowship and learning. We also engage in weekend service outings and other fellowship events. Confirmation is led by Pastor Hollie and supported by Pastor Al and Pastor Moira. The pastors greatly value this time of connecting with Plymouth’s youth and their parents.

Serving Opportunities for Youth

We offer opportunities throughout the year for youth to serve our community and earn service hours. We hope to offer a youth mission trip each summer for our high school youth. Watch the calendar for more information.
