Music
At Plymouth, our highly skilled musical staff is dedicated to making your day truly special by providing exquisite music. We offer expert assistance in selecting the perfect pieces for your ceremony and can arrange for soloists, instrumentalists, and other musicians to enhance your ceremony. Let us help you create the perfect soundtrack for your wedding day.

Decorations
We offer aisle candles, standing candelabras, and unity candles for your ceremony. Our wedding coordinator collaborates with your florist on your wedding day to bring your vision to life and complement the beauty of our space.

Minister
We provide an experienced officiating minister to guide you through your special day. Our minister will meet with you to plan the ceremony and provide premarital counseling. Services are available in both English and Spanish, ensuring your ceremony reflects your unique preferences and cultural background.

Wedding Coordinator
At Plymouth, we understand the importance of having support every step of the way on your special day. That's why we provide an experienced wedding coordinator to guide you through the process. From the rehearsal to the wedding day itself, our coordinator will be there to assist you and address any questions or concerns you may have. Let us ensure that your wedding day is seamless and stress-free.

Photos
We encourage photographers and videographers to capture the magic of your special day. Our wedding coordinator collaborates closely with them and with you to ensure that every moment is beautifully captured without disrupting the ceremony. Frequently Asked Questions
When should we submit our forms?
All forms must be submitted with your $500 non-refundable deposit to book your wedding date. A 4-hour wedding reservation may be scheduled based on calendar availability and requries a non-refundable $1000 deposit.
When and how can we pay our fees?
The non-refundable deposit must be paid when booking your wedding date. The remaining fees must be paid at least 60 days before your wedding date.
When do we meet with our officiating pastor?
You must meet with your officiating pastor 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
How do we select our music?
You will consult with the Director of Music to plan and determine all musical selections, including any additional instrumentalists or soloists (requires additonal fees).
Who officiates weddings at Plymouth?
Our Director of Weddings will coordinate your officiating minster according to availabilty. Rev. Daniel Morales officates our English, Spanish, and bi-lingual ceremonies. Plymouth’s ministers, Rev. Al Bunis, Rev. Moira McGuinn, and Rev. Hollie Schmidt, may be requested as well.
When is our wedding date confirmed?
When all forms, signed contract, and non-refundable deposit have been received.
Can our pastor officiate our wedding?
A Plymouth minister will preside and officiate at all weddings at our church. Should you have a meaningful relationship with another clergy, you may discuss their participation with the officiating minister. Guest clergy participation will be at the discretion of our officiating minister and will have a limited role.
Are there any decoration limitations?
Nails, tacks or tape must not be used on pews, furniture or walls. Scattering of flower petals (real or artificial), rice, or other items is not allowed.
